Fee Midsummer Magic Camp 2019:

Please read the text below before you register to take part in the camp!
The maximum number of participants at this camp is 100 persons. Registration as a participant is open from Thursday the 1:st of November 2018. The order of receiving the registration forms, accompanied by a first payment , defines the order of registring. To register, please send in one form for each person separately.
Always included: a tent/ caravan pitch and facilities, admittance to all camp activities (as long as workshops/activities are not fully booked), coffee and tea.
Enlisting for the workshops can only be done (where needed) on the day that they are held at the camp.
Camp is open to participants from Friday at 15:00 hrs.
The opening ceremony is on Friday, right after dinner.
There is no dinner on monday, as the camp closes around 16:00 hrs. All the other meals are included if you paid the "all inn" fee.
If you are self catering: please mind that Hätteboda Vildmarkscamping is a green campingsite and there is no electricity available at the tent/caravan pitches (mobile phones and other devices can be deposited in a box for charging, you will receive them fully loaded later in the day). There are no microwaves or ovens at the camp. There are grillplaces available but they might be hard to use if there is bad weather. There is a little camping kitchen too that can be used to prepare food. One time grillpackages are forbidden on the whole camping place.
For those unable to sleep in a regular tent, there will be a few campingbeds available in armytents (about 8 sleepingplaces each). These will cost 250 SEK/25 EUR extra per person for three nights. The number of beds is very limited , and will only be available on a first come, first served basis. After you send your registration form, if relevant, we'll inform you if a bed is still available for you.
There is also a hotel/B&B in the town closest to the camp. Please let us know if you are interested in a room there, we can give you information about vacant rooms and the price they charge. Update: all the rooms at the Urshult Hotell are booked, so no vacant rooms available anymore.
Children ages 0-3 are free , however, please remember to register them through a registration form. Please note that there are no babysitters, and children under the age of 4 are to young to join in/ be present on camp activities.
Dogs are allowed on the camp but according to the Swedish law they have to be on a leash between 30-03 and 01-09 (so they won't disturb the wildlife). You put the dogs motions in the green container at the camp. No aggressive or barking dogs are allowed on the camping.
All registrations to participate in this camp have to be send to the organisation via the registration form at this website.

Please mark all payments with MM and your name and adress.
The final date for payments of the complete fee is 1 March 2019. Registrations without full payment will be invalid after this date.
If you wish you may pay your fee in two equal instalments , or choose to pay 500 SEK/50 EUR (kids 4-12 200 SEK/ 20 EUR) first, and the remainder in 1 or 2 later payments.
Please remember that if you register and have comfirmed this by a payment , we count on your participation and costs will be made for you. If you have registered and have to cancel, the following apllies:
Cancellations must be sent by mail to . Please check if you get a confirmation of your cancellation from us within a week!
If you cancel before Imbolc 2019 (1 Februari) , 500 SEK/ 50 EUR (kids 4-12 200 SEK/ 20 EUR) of the fee will be charged .
If you cancel after Imbolc 2019 (1 Februari), but before/on Alban Eilir (20 March), 50% of the entry fee will be charged.
If you cancel after Alban Eilir (20 March), we unfortunately have to charge the entire registration fee.
If you are unable to attend camp, you may send a substitute instead. If you do, then please send us a notice and his or her name, etc.
This camp is organised by a group of volunteers (OBOD members) for bards, ovates and druids , family and friends and newly interested. The organisation group is independent, and this camp is set up as a meeting of friends on a non-profit basis.
The organisation cannot be held responsible/liable for any loss, damage or injury. Participants have their own responsibilities. Participants are advised to take out a personal insurance for this.
The organisation group reserves the right to expel any participant from the camp in case of any misbehaviour or disrespect.
We trust all participants in behaving very 'druidic' with respect for nature and all creatures in all realms. Parents are responsible for their children to behave accordingly.
The organisation group tries to do everything to make this camp enjoyable for everyone. However we are not perfect; so if you have any comment or suggestion for improvement, please don't hesitate to contact us!
People offering workshops and other activities (agreed upon by the organisation beforehand) will be offered a modest, and in our opinion appropriate , discount on part of the registration fee.
We have tried to keep the registration fees as low as possible , and offer a special , very low fee for children in order to allow families to join at a reasonable price.
